Frozen Egg Bank, Inc. fees are based on providing our patients with high quality care and
personalized service. Our level of service, dedication and results are the

Below please find the range (estimate) of fees for our Frozen Donor Egg
Program. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to consultation with
our Frozen Egg Coordinator to discuss the advantages of donor frozen eggs.
Please note that Frozen Egg Bank, Inc.'s frozen egg pregnancy rate is
accomplished by the thawing and insemination of six eggs as compared to
other programs that often use a range of 12 to 20 frozen eggs. The
effectiveness and efficiency of our program is demonstrated by our higher
